Who we are?
Businessynergy was established by Andy Phillpot FCIPD in 2003 to provide small and medium sized businesses with access to a similar level of HR expertise that larger companies enjoy. After all they face the same kinds of day to day people issues. Andy’s commercial approach to HR issues comes from his 25 year career working for Lloyds Bank. He is recognised for being able to quickly analyse people and problems and to find pragmatic solutions.
Eve Tubb joined Businessynergy in 2017 – her HR background was from the Hotel & Hospitality sector where she was acknowledged as being a skilled and thorough HR generalist. She works hard at establishing trusted relationships with clients and her positive and professional approach can always be relied upon.
Carly Alliband – is a qualified accountant currently studying towards her HR qualifications. Her breadth of experience, attention to detail and keenness to learn make her an important addition to the team.
